The founder, Cathy NOLL, is born in 1967
in Germany, where she has lived for
21 years. In 1988 she started to study
Law in Paris.
Holder of a DJCE (equivalent JD-LLM),
of a Master degree in Law and Magistère
Juriste d’affaires franco-german
(Université Strasbourg III),
She acquired her first experience by
working within Francis LEFEBVRE’s firm
in Dusseldorf. She then decided to
specialise her traning by doing a DEA
(Master of advanced studies) = Master
of Law, specialized in Social Law in Paris.
In 1996 she registered to the Barreau (a professional, administrative and legal organisation created for the purpose of defending lawyers).
Already a the beginning of her career she focused on the Social Rights by working within Jacques BARTHELEMY & Associates, then in two other firms dedicated to franco-german services.
She has also given lectures at Paris University and is regulary in charge of training courses for many franco-german organisations.
She is the co-writer of the « Erfolgreich investieren in Frankreich ».
In 2006, she created Cabinet Cathy Noll Avocats and is registered with the Mulhouse Barreau.
